First we listen to how your business operates. Then we propose. Nothing gets charged or built until you have it in writing.
A 20-minute call and a short questionnaire. We understand your operation, your margins and where your time goes before proposing anything.
Scope, modules, timeline, investment, hosting and domain. You approve, and we start. Whatever isn't in the proposal doesn't show up as an extra later.
First the design: you see it, approve it, we adjust. Then the system, with partial deliveries so you can test it as it's built. Three rounds of revisions included.

Hosting and domain are not included: they're paid separately each year. The quote is delivered in writing, free and with no obligation. Quotes for international clients can be issued in USD.
We purchase, set up and renew your site's hosting (approx. $4,500 MXN) and domain (approx. $800 MXN) every year. Both are registered with your name, email and contact details as the business owner, in case any claim ever needs resolving. On top of that you can add a maintenance fee covering backups, security updates, direct WhatsApp support and minor improvements; it's quoted based on your system.
A lead-capture landing page is ready in 7 to 10 business days. A system with an admin panel, bookings, payments or point of sale takes 4 to 8 weeks, with partial deliveries so you see it working from the first stage.
